Privacy

Last updated 9 October 2026

This privacy policy applies to the find10s app (the Application) for mobile devices, created by Big Think Labs Limited (the Service Provider), and to this website. The Application is free. It is provided as is.

Information collection and use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. That can include:

  • Your device’s IP address
  • The screens you open, the time and date, and how long you spend there
  • How long you use the Application
  • The operating system on your device
  • A device identifier, used for analytics and notifications

If you allow location, the Application uses it while it is open to show public courts near you and to offer location-based features. It does not track your location in the background. Aggregated, anonymized location data may be used to understand how the Application is used and to improve it, and may be sent to the services listed below for that purpose.

For the Application to work, the Service Provider asks for information that identifies you. You sign in with Apple or Google, which provides your name and email address. Your profile can include a display name, an NTRP level, a home court, and an optional photo from your camera or photo library. The Application also stores the sessions you host or join, join requests, group chat messages, ratings, blocks, and reports. The app is in English.

The Service Provider may use this information to contact you with important notices about the Application.

This website does not ask you to sign in, and it does not use analytics or cookies. If you join the waitlist, the email address you enter, and whether you use iOS or Android, are stored in Supabase so the Service Provider can tell you when the app is available.

Third party access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically sent to outside services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this policy.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging
  • Supabase

Apple or Google handles sign-in. Account data, sessions, messages, photos, and waitlist emails are stored with Supabase. Push notifications and product analytics go through Firebase, which is a Google service. If you allow notifications, a device token is stored so the Application can tell you about requests, acceptances, and messages. The Service Provider does not sell this information.

The Service Provider may disclose information you provide, and information collected automatically:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or a similar legal process
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
  • with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not use the information for their own purposes, and have agreed to follow this policy

Opt-out rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the uninstall process on your device or in the app store. To leave the website waitlist, email privacy@bigthinklabs.com.

Data retention

The Service Provider keeps the information you provide for as long as you use the Application, and for a reasonable time after that. To delete your find10s account and associated data, use the Delete account page, or email privacy@bigthinklabs.com. They will respond in a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 13. The Application is not directed at anyone under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, email privacy@bigthinklabs.com.

Security

The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and keeps.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post the new policy on this page. Continued use of the Application after a change is your acceptance of that change. This policy is effective as of 9 October 2026.

Your consent

By using the Application or this website, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this policy, including future updates posted here.
