Delete your find10s account

This page is for the find10s app by Big Think Labs Limited. Use it to request deletion of your find10s account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in here.

Request deletion

Enter the email address on your find10s account (the one from Apple or Google sign-in). We will confirm by email and delete the account, usually within 30 days.

Prefer email? Write to privacy@bigthinklabs.com with the subject “find10s account deletion request” and the email on the account.

In the app

While signed in to find10s, you can also request deletion from your profile or account settings. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

What we delete

When your request is completed, we delete:

• Your account and sign-in link (Apple or Google)
• Your profile, including display name, NTRP level, home court, and photo
• Sessions you hosted or joined, join requests, group chat messages, and ratings
• Blocks, reports you filed, and push notification device tokens

What we may keep

Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may remain. If we must keep limited records for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example a report that is still under review), we keep only what is needed and only for as long as required. Those practices are described in the Privacy policy.

Website waitlist emails are separate from app accounts. To leave the waitlist, email privacy@bigthinklabs.com.

After you request

Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to sessions, chat history, and your profile. When the account is gone, we send a short confirmation to the email you provided. Questions go to privacy@bigthinklabs.com or the Support page.
