Child Safety Standards
Last updated 14 October 2026
These Child Safety Standards apply to the find10s mobile application (the Application) published on Google Play and other app stores by Big Think Labs Limited (the Service Provider, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They form part of the publicly accessible standards that govern use of find10s, including user-generated content, profiles, session posts, join requests, and in-app messaging.
find10s is a tennis session and hitting-partner app. It is not directed at children. Users must meet the age requirements stated in the Application and applicable store policies. Big Think Labs Limited maintains these standards so that find10s remains free of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
1. Absolute zero tolerance for CSAM and CSAE
Big Think Labs Limited maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in connection with find10s. This prohibition is non-negotiable and applies worldwide to all users, content, communications, and accounts.
Without limitation, the following are strictly prohibited on or through find10s:
- Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, linking to, soliciting, requesting, advertising, or otherwise distributing CSAM, including any visual depiction (photograph, video, livestream, illustration, or computer-generated imagery) of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
- Engaging in CSAE, including grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sexual purposes, or any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child
- Using find10s profiles, session listings, group chat, or any other feature to facilitate contact with a minor for sexual purposes
- Attempting to circumvent detection, reporting, or enforcement related to CSAM or CSAE
Any violation of this section results in immediate enforcement under these standards and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law. find10s and Big Think Labs Limited do not permit CSAM or CSAE under any circumstance, including purported “private,” encrypted, or ephemeral communications within the Application.
2. User reporting mechanisms
Users of find10s can report concerns about content, profiles, or conduct that may involve CSAM, CSAE, child endangerment, or other harmful material. Big Think Labs Limited provides in-app and external reporting channels so that reports can be submitted promptly.
In the find10s Application, users may:
- Flag or report content that appears to violate these Child Safety Standards or other community rules
- Report a user profile, session listing, message, or other account activity that raises a child-safety concern
- Block another user to limit further contact while a report is reviewed
Users may also submit a child-safety report by email to privacy@bigthinklabs.com (designated child safety contact) or support@mail.find10s.app. Please include, where available, the relevant username or display name, a description of the content or conduct, approximate date and time, and any screenshots or other evidence that can assist review. Do not redistribute suspected CSAM; describe it and preserve evidence only as lawfully directed by authorities.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first, then notify Big Think Labs Limited through the channels above.
3. Detection and moderation practices
Big Think Labs Limited uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect, prevent, and remove harmful content on find10s, including content that may constitute CSAM or CSAE.
Practices include, as applicable to the features of find10s:
- Automated screening and signals that help identify known illegal material, abusive patterns, spam, and policy violations in user-generated content such as profile photos, text fields, and messages
- Manual moderation and investigation by trained reviewers when user reports, automated signals, store notifications, or other credible sources indicate a possible violation
- Prompt removal or restriction of content and accounts upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or confirmed CSAE, consistent with these standards and applicable law
- Retention of records reasonably necessary for investigation, legal compliance, and reporting to authorities, subject to the find10s Privacy policy
No moderation system can detect every violation in advance. Users remain responsible for the content they create and share. find10s relies on both proactive controls and user reports to enforce these Child Safety Standards.
4. Enforcement actions
When Big Think Labs Limited obtains actual knowledge of CSAM, confirms CSAE, or determines that a find10s user has violated these Child Safety Standards, it takes appropriate action without delay. Enforcement may include one or more of the following:
- Immediate removal of the violative content from find10s
- Immediate termination of the user’s find10s account, without prior notice where warranted by the severity of the violation
- Device-level or identifier-based bans, and other technical measures intended to prevent the same person from creating or accessing new accounts on find10s
- Preservation of relevant data as required or permitted by law for investigation and reporting
- Mandatory reporting of confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or to the relevant regional child-protection or law-enforcement authority, as required by applicable law
- Cooperation with law enforcement and competent authorities in connection with investigations of CSAM or CSAE
Big Think Labs Limited may take these actions based on clear evidence of a violation and is not required to provide a warning or appeal where doing so would risk further harm, interfere with an investigation, or conflict with legal obligations. Less severe policy violations unrelated to CSAM or CSAE may receive graduated enforcement; CSAM and CSAE do not.
5. Compliance with child safety laws
find10s and Big Think Labs Limited comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Application is offered, including obligations to remove CSAM upon actual knowledge and to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority. These standards are intended to satisfy Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy requirements for published CSAE prohibitions, in-app user feedback and reporting, addressing CSAM, legal compliance, and a designated child safety point of contact.
6. Child safety point of contact
For notifications from Google Play, law enforcement, or the public regarding CSAE or CSAM on find10s, the designated child safety point of contact for Big Think Labs Limited is:
This contact is positioned to discuss find10s enforcement and review procedures and to take action when required. Operational questions about the Application may also be sent to support@mail.find10s.app.
7. Relationship to other policies
These Child Safety Standards apply to find10s by Big Think Labs Limited together with the Privacy policy and any in-app terms or community rules. If there is a conflict on matters of CSAM or CSAE, these Child Safety Standards control. Big Think Labs Limited may update this page from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of find10s after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
